Shipping & Returns

  • I ship orders within 2-3 business days, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS. Holidays may affect this but I'll make sure to update the website with any changes whenever necessary.

  • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email promptly containing your shipping information along with your tracking number. You will also receive an email when your package is delivered. PLEASE make sure your email is put in correctly.  DO NOT blow me up on my customer service number or my socials asking where your package is when a tracking number is provided. It is given for your use. I have an overload of orders to ship on a daily basis. I am ONE person and it is physically impossible to watch everyone's order. PLEASE be patient & refer to your tracking number for a status regarding your order once you get it in your email.

  • If your order says "in transit, arriving late" it means just that. No your package is not lost, it is just delayed. There's nothing I can do to speed up the process. Be mindful and patient. Postal workers are doing their best in the midst of this pandemic going on.

  • All sales are FINAL especially now with the pandemic going on. Be sure to read descriptions thoroughly or reach out to me if you have any questions regarding a product. If your order so happens to get damaged in transit please send us an email along with a picture of the damaged product and we'll work out a replacement. However, if it is lost you will have to file a claim with USPS.

  • If your order needs to be cancelled I will fulfill it before it is processed. Please communicate with me! My goal is to provide the best customer service possible. All emails and/or texts will be given a response within 24-48 hrs. Thank you for your cooperation!
