I ship orders within 2-3 business days, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS. Holidays may affect this but I'll make sure to update the website with any changes whenever necessary.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email promptly containing your shipping information along with your tracking number. You will also receive an email when your package is delivered. PLEASE make sure your email is put in correctly. Be mindful that I have an overload of orders to ship on a daily basis.

All sales are FINAL. Be sure to read descriptions thoroughly or reach out to me if you have any questions regarding a product. If your order so happens to get damaged in transit, send us an email along with a picture of the damaged product and we'll work out a replacement.
