Q: What is the difference between pills?
A: There isn't a difference besides them having different manufacturers. Everyone has their preference, I myself have used both and found that the GML pills worked best for me and for most of my customers. The weight sticks great.
Q: Can I take these products while pregnant?
A: I would NOT recommend. Post partum, yes but please consult with a doctor beforehand.
Q: How long will one box last?
A: 1 box = 1 week supply.
Q: Does the syrup work faster than the pills?
A: The syrup is liquid so your body will absorb it faster than it can break down a pill, however, the weight sticks better with the pills. Everyone has their preference.
Q: What are the side effects?
A: Everyone's body is different. The only side effect I experienced was drowsiness for the first 1-2 days due to the antihistamine cyproheptadine hydrochloride. But some side effects may include;
sleepiness.
dizziness.
tremors.
irritability.
blurred vision.
nausea and diarrhea.
upset stomach
Q: What is the recommended dosage in order to see results?
A: Adults- 1 tablet 3 times daily 20-30 minutes before meals. Children ABOVE 12: 1 tablet twice daily 20-30 min before meals
Q: When will i start seeing results?
A: Everyone's body is different. You can see results in as early as 1-2 weeks of consistent use. Be patient with yourself. Your appetite should increase within the first few days

A: You can stop whenever you feel like you're satisfied with your gains.
Q: Should I workout while taking the pills?
A: I definitely recommend working out if you can so your weight can evenly distribute or even waist train.
